One of the things I learned while in Scotland this year, is that I am creative. You might be saying, yeah, everyone is to an extent, good epiphany, Will… Allow me to elaborate. Ever since I was young, I’ve had the ability to kinda pick up whatever activity I want and be fairly good at it, though never excelling. I’ve always been moderately good when it comes to artistic things but never have taken the time to develop those things that I’m passionate about. It is my belief that creativity is a huge part of who we are. If what the Bible says is true, if we really are made in the image and likeness of God; then we, like Him, are creators by nature. Photography has been the focus of my creative energies these days.
So today, I decided to step out of my comfortable photography box of fully automated exposures and into the creative realm of fully manual exposures. I have been wanting to do this for a while but have lacked the time and patience to try things out. Today i had some great opportunities to shoot some photos in what’s known as the “creative zone”
